MSE undertook a total electrical, fire alarm and data refurbished of two storey office accommodation to enable the client to move in on schedule. The project was designed, installed, testing and commissioning within 8 weeks. New mains distribution complete with relevant protection, basket tray containment for power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and data services was installed. New LED down lights to show rooms, corridors and stairways, new LG7 modular lighting to offices and low energy PL down lights to WCs and amenity areas. Small power and data to offices via surface 3 compartment dado trunking
