AC Installation
MSE have been rural this week, installing a Daikin Multi-Split in a lovely little village. This has enabled the client to keep their lounge, bedroom and conservatory chilly on those warm summer days (which we know are a distant memory) but also warm on these chilly winter days.
Impact Protection
MSE have been busy installing some impact protection around a distribution board in a warehouse. To protect it from damage from material handling equipment.

MSE have been carrying out foundations and foul connection works to a temporary classroom building. Just in time for the new school year to start. #construction #groundworks
Reinstatement Works
Reinstatement works just completed following removal of a temporary classroom at a school. Consisting of patching of asphalt playground, landscaping and re-turfing of grass area.
University Legionella Compliance Works
MSE have been completing installation of pipe work lagging, replacement thermostatic valves, chlorination and recommissioning of water boilers on 20 student shower blocks.
Rolec Car Charger
We have been working in a lovely rural location fitting a electrical vehicle charger. Customer has purchased their first EV with Rolec Homesmart they can control and integrate their home energy tariff.
Concrete Generator Base
MSE building projects division have been busy completing a generator base for a large warehouse project. Watch this space for updates on the electrical and air conditioning upgrades we are currently completing!
AC Installation New Street
MSE are just about to begin a large air conditioning installation within Birmingham City Centre. This comprises of Daikin VRV systems and single split systems. Keep your eyes peeled for the finished job.
London Laboratory Refurbishment
MSE completed refurbishment of basement laboratory in London. This electrical installation included a new split load distribution board, dado trunking, LED lighting. Mechanical installation included Daikin split air conditioning unit and Daikin heat reclaim ventilation unit.
